I moved from studying how people think and behave to helping aerospace teams clarify processes, share knowledge, communicate change, and collaborate more effectively.

Developed the stakeholder, communication, and onboarding approach for a new supplier ordering tool involving more than 1,000 suppliers.
Used behavioral experiments, EEG, eye-tracking, and quantitative analysis to investigate attention, decision-making, and cognitive control.
Supported a software team in creating clearer workflows, stronger collaboration, and better delivery visibility through agile facilitation and structured digital tools.
I am Marija, originally from Montenegro and now based in Hamburg.
I enjoy making complex things understandable, bringing different perspectives into the conversation, and turning research or process insights into something practical.
Outside of work, I enjoy endurance sports, travelling, and making pottery. They give me different ways to experiment, stay patient, and keep learning.
